Our client, a leader in their industry are looking for a Helpdesk Administrator to join their team at their site in Motherwell. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive facilities team in a fast-paced environment.
You will play a key role in the efficient delivery of building services by providing administrative support.
Key Responsibilities- Planning and scheduling tasks to ensure compliance with SLAs
- Liaising with mobile engineers, supply chain, and facilities management for updates on job progress
- Organising plant hire requirements
- Preparing and generating weekly reports
- Previous experience in a helpdesk or administrative role within a facilities or maintenance environment
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Confident in liaising with various stakeholders including engineers and suppliers
- Able to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
37.5 hours
The salary is between £25,000 -£27,000 per annum
