We are looking for motivated Production Operatives to join our clients team in Cumbernauld. This role is ideal for individuals with previous production experience. The role involves some manual lifting.
Responsibilities:
- Support production lines to meet daily targets and maintain workflow
- Handle materials and perform tasks that may require lifting, ensuring safety and efficiency
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organised workspace
- Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment
- Adhere to production schedules and operate equipment as required
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is beneficial
- Physically able to perform manual tasks and handle lifting safely
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently as well as in a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to different tasks
The job operates on day shifts and back shifts.
The hours are:
- Day Shift: Monday to Thursday, 6:00 am - 2:00 pm; Friday, 6:00 am - 1:00 pm
- Back Shift: Monday to Thursday, 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm; Friday, 1:00 pm - 8:00 pm
The rate of pay is £12.72 per hour. Includes shift allowance.
