Location: Thornliebank
Rate of Pay: £12ph
Our client is seeking someone with some inspection and quality experience preferably with an industrial background. This role is based in Thornliebank and there will be a requirement for overtime occasionally which is a 6am start so please bare this in mind when applying.
Monday-Thursday 7.30am-4.45pm Friday 8am-12pm @ £12ph
Lots of overtime available paid at Time 1/2 and double time after 4hrs on weekends.
Responsibilties:
- Quality inspection and ensuring the products are up to customer standards.
- Inspect finished goods post-production to identify and address any discrepancies.
- Clean, sand and finish painted products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Perform touch-ups on painted surfaces as necessary.
- Document inspection results and communicate with the production team.
Requirements:
- Keen eye for detail.
- Using initiative to assist the team.
- Experience in quality control or finishing work would be preferred.
- Ability to do some manual lifting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
