Description
Job Title: Sales Order Processor
Location: Barrow-in-Furness
Salary: £24,500 per annum (minimum)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Order Processor to join our client’s dynamic team in Barrow-in-Furness. 
As a Sales Order Processor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless processing of customer orders, maintaining high levels of accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage sales orders from receipt to fulfilment with precision and efficiency.
  • Liaise with customers to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and resolve any queries.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order flow.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks and reporting as required.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience in a sales order processing or similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, computer literate. 
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • Problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.
