- PCB Designer required in Speke, Liverpool
Our client, a global electronics manufacturer, have an exciting opportunity for an experienced PCB Designer to join their R&D facility in Speke, Liverpool.
You will be response for helping to plan, layout and create new multilayer printed circuit board designs using Altium Designer..
Responsibilities also include:- Library part creation and schematic capture.
- Liaising with the testing team, ensuring compliance is in line with company and customer requirements.
- Generating information required for quotations and liaising with the sales team
- Running testability analysis reports.
- Extracting information from Gerber files
- Processing board CAD information to prepare customer quotations and software design files
- Experience working within a similar role
- Experience focused on PCB layout design using Altium Designer
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings
- Ability to understand and communicate technical information
- Good communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines
- 20 days holiday (exclusive of Bank holidays) rising by 1 day extra per year of service (up to 10 extra)

The job operates Monday to Friday, working 8:30am until 5pm with early finishes on a Friday!
The salary range is £33,000 to £40,000 per annum plus bonus dependent on experience.
This is a permanent position.
